Activities Week Adventures!

This week has been one of our favourite weeks of the year – Activities Week! It's been packed with exciting trips, new experiences, and plenty of opportunities for our young people to build confidence, develop friendships, and most importantly, have lots of fun.

💦 Splashdown Quaywest

We kicked off the week with a fantastic day at Splashdown Quaywest! From twisting water slides to relaxing in the pools, everyone had an amazing time. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces as the children challenged themselves to try new slides, encouraged one another, and enjoyed a day of laughter together. Water play is always a brilliant way to build confidence, and our young people certainly made the most of every splash!

🦌 Wildwood Escot

Our visit to Wildwood Escot gave everyone the chance to get up close with some incredible British wildlife. We explored the woodland trails, spotted animals including wolves, bears, deer, and wild boar, and learned about the importance of conservation.

The children especially enjoyed watching the animals in their habitats and asking lots of thoughtful questions throughout the day. It was a fantastic opportunity to combine outdoor learning with adventure, and everyone came away with plenty of new knowledge (and favourite animals!).

🎢 Crealy Adventure Park

We finished Activities Week with an action-packed trip to Crealy Adventure Park! There was something for everyone, from exciting rollercoasters and water rides to indoor play areas and gentle attractions.

The day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and lots of bravery as many of our young people stepped outside their comfort zones to try rides they hadn't been on before. Seeing friendships grow and confidence flourish throughout the day made it a truly memorable end to an incredible week.

A Week to Remember

Activities Week is about so much more than days out. Every trip provides opportunities for our young people to develop independence, communication skills, resilience, and confidence while creating lasting memories with their friends and staff.

A huge thank you to all of our staff for making the week such a success, and to our wonderful young people for embracing every adventure with enthusiasm and smiles. We can't wait to see what next year's Activities Week has in store!
