The first week of our Easter Holiday Fun Days is complete!
There have been lots of fun Easter themed activities such as making homemade playdough chicks, handprint bunnies and mini-Easter baskets. Yummy Easter biscuits and rocky road have been made in the kitchen and Easter nest cakes have been enjoyed around the campfire.
The young people have performed health checks on our chickens today, learning about chicken handling and how to ensure they maintain good health.
All the young people on the farm also joined together to play Easter bingo and then it was a race to complete two scavenger hunts. One of these hunts included riddles as clues to the hidden egg, and the young people were excellent at solving these!
